Unwanted Items 

Customers have the right to cancel any order placed online for a period after 14 days of receiving the goods.   You must notify us within 14 days using the online returns form if you wish to return an unwanted item.   All items must be returned in perfect condition with any tags still attached.   Items can be returned for refund or exchange at the customer’s discretion (except sale items, which can only be returned for exchange or credit note only).

Once the return has been approved, our team will respond with a returns label.   You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us once we have approved the return.   When we receive the item(s) we will confirm that they are in a suitable state, and will then refund the amount within 14 days.

Sale items (excluding when a discount code is used) if returned will be offered an exchange or credit note only.

Non-returnable goods

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept any returns on riding helmets
